Business Analyst

Overview

We are looking for an innovative and experienced Business Analyst to join our team.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Publishing documentation in the format required for project delivery.
Communication between the Client and the Technical teams.
Writing case studies and blogs for the projects and websites developed.
Generating Revenue & projects and closing deals with International Clients.
Assists in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules.
Quickly understands the business issues and data challenges of the client’s organization and industry.
Creating documents like BRS /SRS and project Cost Estimation
Identifies client organizations strengths and weaknesses and suggests areas of improvement.
Reviewing documents for language, punctuation, and style or formatting errors with proficiency.
Technical Recommendation and Testing.
Coordinating with the development team for timely completion of the projects.
Interacting with new or existing clients for project allotment and make a clear understanding of their requirements.
Manages ongoing relationships with business partners to drive satisfaction with IT.
Proactively resolves customer satisfaction issues.

 

Skills required:

 

Sound knowledge of the IT industry.
Knowledge of Web & Technology.
Should be proficient in working with computers, software skills such as Microsoft-office as well as internet access.
Good analytical approach.
Problem solver with sound attention to detail.
Understanding & drafting of Business Proposals.
Excellent presentation and e-mailing skills.
Should be Excellent in communication as well as written English.
Willingness to learn..
Should be able to handle the clients, understand the problems/requirements, and able to provide solutions.
