Candidate should have a high level of creativity with a strong command over designing tools like Photoshop, Dreamweaver, CSS, HTML/DHTML, Fireworks.
Knowledge and experience with cross-browser and cross-platform issues (IE, Firefox, Safari, Chrome etc. )
