Overview
Roles and Responsibilities –
• Purchases, sales, Debit note, Credit note, banking, journal entries and all type of accounting related work.
• GST compliances – GSTR1, GSTR 3B and GST Reconciliation.
• Reconciling the bank account.
• TDS – deduction and prepare quarterly return.
• Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned.
• Regular book keeping.
• Preparation of salaries and distribution.
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports.
• Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings.
• Preparation of invoice, packing list, scanning, dispatching and GRN.
• Coordinating shipments and deliveries.
Candidate Profile –
• Through knowledge in finalization of accounts of entities like, Companies, Sole trader etc.
• 1 to 2 years experience in Indian Audit firm / Industry
• Knowledge of Accounting Systems
• Good English Communication skills Verbal and written
• Analytical & Logical thoughts process
• Good Knowledge of MS Excel
• Salary (11000/- to 18000/- )
