MIS Executive

Overview

Job Summary:
Sunex Stones Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled MIS Executive to join our team at our B2 Bypass location. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data management, analysis, and reporting, with proficiency in Google Apps Script, Excel Macros, Google Data Studio, and other data-related tools. This role is crucial for supporting our operations through accurate data handling, reporting, and process automation.

Key Responsibilities:
Data Management & Reporting:

Develop and maintain MIS reports using Google Sheets, Google Data Studio, Excel, and other relevant tools.
Automate data collection and reporting processes using Google Apps Script and Excel Macros.
Generate and analyze data reports to provide actionable insights to various departments.
Create and manage dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
Process Automation:

Design and implement automated workflows using Google Apps Script and other tools to enhance data processing efficiency.
Troubleshoot and optimize existing scripts and macros to ensure smooth operations.
Data Analysis & Insights:

Perform data analysis to support business decisions, identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies.
Collaborate with different departments to understand data requirements and deliver custom reports.
Database Management:

Maintain and update company databases, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Work on data cleansing, validation, and migration projects as required.
Support & Training:

Provide technical support to team members regarding data management tools and techniques.
Train team members on the use of MIS tools and best practices for data handling and reporting.
