The remuneration of selected candidates shall depend on the aggregate outcome of score which will largely be based on quality of qualification, skill of individual candidate, overall exposure & outlook and largely work profile designed for each position. Considering the fact that selection is largely out of fresh qualified engineers or candidates of having experience within maximum two years, we have designed a package aggregating to Rs. 1.80 lacs to 2.5 lacs to begin with inclusive of all.
